1.  Your order will be shipped within Germany with DHL and in other European countries with the respective shipping company of your country.

2. Drive-in (only in Germany, 33178 Borchen): Simply order in the online store, pay directly and conveniently pick up your order in 33178 Borchen. A short note is sufficient and we will make the order available for pick-up on the desired date.

3. We ship by default only to the countries listed below in Europe. The respective shipping costs can be found in the table below. 

4. Packing stations (only in Germany)

As a partner of DHL, you also have the option to have your order delivered directly to a DHL packing station. You can pick up the package at the Packstation at any time around the clock.

To use the DHL Packstation service, you have to register at DHL first.

As delivery address during the order process, simply enter your Packstation with number in the input field "Street/No". You can simply enter the postal number in the field "Company name".

Delivery times

I. Delivery time national:

The delivery time is approximately one to three days. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Should an article exceptionally not be in stock or not immediately available and the delivery time is extended accordingly, it will be separately indicated on the respective product page

II. delivery time international:

The delivery time is approximately five to seven days. On Sundays and holidays there is no delivery. Should an article exceptionally not be in stock or not immediately available and the delivery time is extended accordingly, it will be separately indicated on the respective product page.
